Meetings:
Board meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at the Sartell Community Center's Liberty Room, beginning at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Contact the Town Clerk 5 days prior to the regular township meeting to be placed on the agenda.
Joint Planning Board meetings (which consist of the 3 Town Board Supervisors and 3 representatives from the City of Sartell) are held prior to the 4th Tuesday regular Township Meeting on an as needed basis at the Sartell Community Center's Liberty Room.
Information for the Joint Planning Board Meeting must be received by the last Monday of the month to be heard & considered at the following months JPB meeting.
Annual Town Meeting
The Annual Town Meeting is held the 2nd Tuesday in March at 7:00 p.m. at which time the levy and budget are set; road repair issues, township clean-up day, etc., are discussed. In case of inclement weather, the Annual Meeting will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of March.
